These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pro Service Sydney's website and cleaning services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Pro Service Sydney (ABN 77 108 607 406) is a professional cleaning service provider based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. We offer regular home cleaning, Airbnb cleaning, deep cleaning, spring cleaning and apartment cleaning across all Sydney suburbs.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Bookings can be made online at proservicesydney.com.au/booking or by phone at +61 411 120 188.
- All bookings are subject to cleaner availability. We will confirm your booking within 2 hours.
- For recurring bookings, you may request the same cleaner subject to their availability.
- Please ensure someone is available to grant access or provide entry instructions (key lockbox, building access code, etc.).
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices quoted on our website are estimates based on standard property sizes. The final price may vary depending on the actual condition and size of your property.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe after the cleaning is completed and inspected. No payment is taken at the time of booking.
- You must save a valid payment method during booking. We will charge this card only after service completion.
- Discounts and referral credits are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee to compensate our cleaners.
- No-shows (where we cannot access the property and cannot reach you) are charged at 50% of the estimated service price.
- To reschedule, please call or email us at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific areas of concern raised at the time of feedback.
6. Property Access and Safety
- You are responsible for ensuring our team can safely access your property. Please inform us of any hazards, pets, or special requirements in advance.
- We are fully insured, but we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects, faulty fixtures, or items not disclosed to us before service.
- Valuable items should be secured or removed before our team arrives. We are not responsible for loss of cash, jewellery, or other small valuables left unsecured.
7. Liability
Pro Service Sydney's liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. All claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
